Dokumento.org is operated by Expertist Group Inc. (“EGI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered in the Philippines with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Expertist Group Inc. has not yet completed registration with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012). This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Data Privacy Act’s notice and transparency requirements regardless of registration status. Registration with the NPC is a separate corporate compliance action currently pending and should be prioritized given the aggregate scale of personal data processed across Expertist Group Inc.’s digital properties.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

• Newsletter/notification signup: Email address, provided voluntarily when you subscribe to be notified of documentary requirement changes.
• Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and any message content you provide when contacting us.
• Automatically collected technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and general location (city/region level), collected via standard web server logs and any analytics tools deployed on this site.
• Advertising data: Data collected by Google through Google AdSense and Auto Ads, including cookie identifiers used for ad personalization and measurement. See our separate Cookie Notice for full detail.
• Comment data (if enabled): Name, email address, and comment content, if and when comments are enabled on any article.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under RA 10173) through this site.

Dokumento.org’s content addresses documentary requirements relevant to students, scholarship applicants, and young professionals, some of whom may be minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent where legally required.
